Mixed Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients: 

1 cup milk

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup slices almonds

1 cup mixed berries; blueberries, blackberries, raspberries

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp. honey

Preparation:

The night before, combine all the ingredients in a bowl.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Serve cold the next morning.

 

**Milk can be substituted for non-dairy milk options.
