Fried Green Beans with Sesame Seeds

Ingredients: 

1/2 Lb green beans, topped and tailed

1 Tb Peanut oil

1Tb Natural sesame seeds

Salt

Preparation:

Heat 1 Tb peanut oil in a wok or skillet on medium heat.  Rinse beans under cold running water and shake a bit to get most of the water off. You want a little moisture clinging to the beans.  Drop beans into wok and skillet stir-fry them until they begin to brown in spots. Sprinkle in 1 Tb. natural sesame seeds and a pinch of salt and continue stirring until seeds begin to pop. Let cool a minute before eating as they will be hot.

These beans are deliciously crunchy and  make a great, healthier “finger food” with a cold beverage.
